Place a wok on heat. Sauté chopped garlic in oil till it is light brown. Add the onions, red capsicum, green capsicum and whole red chillies, stir well. Add the chopped chicken and pour in all the sauce – fish sauce, oyster sauce and lemon juice. Next, add spring onions, cashew nuts, tomatoes, ripe mango, black pepper and all the mushrooms. Season it with salt according to taste. Once the chicken is completely cooked, the cashew chicken is ready!
