To make this, first take chicken pieces and marinate with salt and lemon. Let it rest for half an hour. Then deep fry till crisp. In a blender, add cashews and almonds to make a paste. Then in the same blender, make a paste from tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic. Add these to a pan and cook till the oil starts to separate. Add some water and stir. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper and salt as per taste. Mix again, and then add chicken pieces. Cook till all the flavours combine. Once done, serve and enjoy!
