First, take the chicken pieces in a bowl and add salt, lemon, and ginger garlic paste to make this dish. Mix it all well and set it aside for 30 minutes. Now, take onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies and grind them together to make a paste.
Take oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom, peppercorn and cloves. Saute them together until golden brown, and add the onion paste. Mix again. Then add tomatoes to the mix, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder. Mix well and add the chicken pieces to the mix and further saute it. Add some water. Transfer the mixture into a pressure cooker and cook it for a while.
Lastly, prepare the tadka with green chillies, ghee and cumin seeds and add from the top.
