To make this snack, first, take three potatoes and mash them. Now in a pan, add jeera and let it splutter. Then add your mashed potatoes with masalas like red chilli powder, pepper, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Combine and cook. Once done, let it come to room temperature.
Then, prepare the pakoda batter by combining besan, water, a pinch of baking soda, and some salt. Mix well.
Now take two pieces of bread, add in the prepared aloo masala, and close it from the top. Slice it into two parts and dip in batter. Now fry it in hot oil till golden brown. Once done, enjoy it with your family and friends.
