Have a look yourself:
As you can see, Nushrratt is enjoying street-style Indori poha. The poha has been served in the typical desi biodegradable serving dish, a newspaper! This delicious poha is making us crave the classic dish. Poha is an evergreen breakfast that is enjoyed in all parts of the country. The best thing about poha is that every region has its own unique and delicious recipe. Madhya Pradesh is known for its special Indori poha. It has a unique khatta-meetha taste, making it delicious!
Indori poha is made of flattened rice mixed with mustard seeds, fennel seeds, lemon juice and jeeravan masala that gives a sweet and sour flavour to the poha. In Madhya Pradesh, this breakfast-special is traditionally served with crunchy namkeeen and sweet jalebi. While we all can’t be like Nushrratt and go to MP and have this yummy dish, we can definitely try to recreate it at home with this recipe.
