Another HOME RUN CREATION! Fresh from the garden, spiralized zucchini with homemade Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce. Next time I’ll add some red pepper strips for color but this tasted DELICIOUS! Lots of Zucchini & Yellow Squash, spiralized 1/2 cup coconut oil 3 TBSP , minced 1/2 cup cashews 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup Szechuan Sauce 1/4 cup Reserve the spiralized zucchini/squash. Combine the rest of the ingredients over for 4 minutes & garlic is fragrant. Toss in Zoodles to coat. Serve and enjoy.
